Focuses on the development of ideas for new or established organizations, creating an environment conducive to innovation, recognizing business opportunities, assessing the market, customer and competitor situation. The development of these ideas leads to a feasibility analysis. Examines the development of a sales and distribution structure (including franchising, distributorship, and licensing and alliances), understanding segmentation, targeting, and niching. (F, Sp)
