Prerequisite: graduate standing and 5732. This is the second of a two-course sequence examining organizational consulting (the other is 5732). This course is designed to give students applied consulting project experience while providing a valuable service to the business community. Students will work in teams of two to five on significant business projects under the guidance of the course instructor. Consulting projects may originate from large corporations, non-profit and government agencies, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and may include projects derived from students' former, current, or future employers. The course is designed to help students develop and practice the skills needed to be effective at consulting as either an external management consultant or as an employee working inside a company.
