Prerequisite: 1213, 1313, 2313, or equivalent. At the end of this course, the learner will be able to apply an in-depth understanding of cultural diversity to issues in human relations and in achieving true diversity in organizations. The course will provide learners with a conceptual framework from which to analyze historical and current legal approaches to cultural diversity, with an emphasis on gaining an understanding of how and why affirmative action programs are implemented.
