Prerequisite: 1113 and 1222. This course will examine all aspects of accidents/incidents involving airline and general aviation flights. It examines those areas from the perspective of pilots, crew members, air traffic controllers and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) findings. Each accident/incident is dissected with the goal of determining what went wrong and lessons that can be learned. (F, Sp)
