3 This course combines the study of mechanics, kinematics, kinetics, anatomy and neuromuscular physiology to teach the examination and evaluation of human movement. The major focus of the course is in qualitative evaluation of movement. Topics also include quantitative evaluation, body mechanics, posture and gait evaluation with a focus on identification of abnormal movement patterns. All exercise physiology undergraduate courses (number 38) are restricted to EP majors only.
