3 This course provides an introduction to real-time digital signal processing techniques using the TMS320C3x floating point and TMS320C5x fixed point processors. The architecture, instruction set and software development tools for these processors will be studied via a series of C and assembly language computer projects where real-time adaptive filters, modems, digital control systems and speech recognition systems are implemented.
