The course is designed to familiarize the student with handling, restraint, campling, and medication of horses and cattle. Pertinent humane issues, professional ethics, and public image will be covered. Unless prior approval is given by the instructor, this course must be taken in conjunction with the accompanying lab (VTE214L).
