(This course is cross listed with CIS270.) This course emphasizes the use of information technology in managing organizations. Topics include fundamentals of MIS, decision theory, problem solving, information systems development from the manager's perspective, MIS applications, competitive uses of information technology, information resource management, and electronic commerce.
