A studio class that will introduce the student to various techniques of metal fabrication as it relates to the sculptural process. The student will learn the skills of electric arc and oxyacetylene welding. Utilizing these new skills one will create an assemblage(s) that will confront the formal principles of three-dimensional design and include form/space relationships, structure, texture and surface treatment. Prerequisite: ART113. CR. 3
