Requirement for all BM vocal performance and vocal track music education majors. Pronunciation skills in German and Italian as encountered in the standard repertory of vocal music. Study of the aural and written phonetic, spelling, and articulation skills necessary to successfully study, perform, or teach the literature of the vocal and choral singing instrument. Teaching procedures include lecture, listening, motor and aural exercises, and classroom and individual presentation. Fall.
