Part of the basic course program and required for all students without Junior ROTC credit, basic military training credit, or prior military service. The course develops knowledge of self, self-confidence, and individual leadership skills. Students develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and apply communication, feedback, and conflict-resolution skills. The course further develops leadership theory and techniques discussed in MSL 1102 in discussion and laboratory. Prerequisite: MSL 1102, equivalent credit, or instructor approval. Fall.
