Required for all BM vocal performance and vocal track music education majors. Pronunciation skills in French, Spanish, English, and Russian. Study of the aural and written phonetic, spelling, and articulation skills necessary to successfully study, perform, or teach the literature of the vocal and choral singing instrument. Teaching procedures include lecture, listening, motor and aural exercises, and classroom and individual presentations. Prerequisite: MUS 1141. Spring.
