An elective course not open to business majors. A required course for management minors and an elective course for marketing minors. Students earning a BBA degree will not be given credit for this class. Course examines the responsibilities of the first line supervisor and develops such supervisory techniques and skills as employee communication, decision-making, maintenance of morale, motivation, leadership, worker productivity, and grievance resolution.
