Credits: 3 Examines advanced topics in project and program management, with specific attention to the issues that managers face to effectively manage programs. This involves managing resources (both internal and external to the organization) and managing within an existing organizational structure. Specific program management topics include advanced topics for project management, program alignment with strategic objective, management of stakeholders, and development and organization of the program office.
