Planning and implementation of telecommunications systems from strategic planning through requirements, initial analysis, general feasibility study, structured analysis, detailed analysis, logical design, and implementation. Current system documentation through use of classical and structured tools and techniques for describing flows, data flows, data structures, file designs, input and output designs, and program specifications.
