Principles and techniques applicable to wide range of civilian and military situations. Discusses modeling and simulation of combat operations. Studies in detail sensing, fusion, and situation assessment processes. Derives optimal decision-making rules; discusses concepts of C4 architectures; and develops tools to evaluate and design C4 systems such as queuing theory.
