Explores dynamics and complexity of formal and informal actors, institutional arrangements, organizations, and roles in process of governance in international sphere. Considers states, governmental and nongovernmental organizations, international regimes, social movements, regional associations, and multinational corporations as actors bearing on transnational authority. Examines various vehicles for international coordination and conflict in terms of relevance and opportunities for global governance.
