Credits: 3 This internship will develop self-directed learning skills in which the student will gain a better understanding and appreciation of both ethics and its application in the business world. Students will learn appropriate ethical standards for business; develop an appreciation of the need for an ethical culture; and experience the day-to-day activities of a business organization where they learn how ethics is incorporated into the culture. Students will gain understanding of ethics codes, leadership skills that rely on ethics, and management techniques that encourage and support an ethical environment in business.
