Credits: 1 Designed to provide basic instruction in the fundamentals of underwater hockey. Students learn free diving and snorkeling activities in preparation for underwater hockey. They will learn about and experience physiological reactions to aquatic submersion. Significant attention throughout this course will be given to safety issues related to underwater training, emphasizing current and lifelong skills.
