Credits: 3 Continues intensive study of Orff teaching philosophy to complete certification process in Orff Schulwerk. Students continue intensive work in rhythm, melody, harmony, timbre, form, and pedagogy. Tenor, bass, and soprano recorders introduced. Movement and rhythmic studies concentrate on mixed meters and non-Western source materials and styles. Prerequisites MUSI 563 and 564, or permission of instructor.
