Credits: 1-12 Development of a research proposal under the guidance of the research advisor and graduate committee. The resulting proposal, once approved by the student's research advisor and committee forms the basis of the student's doctoral dissertation. May be repeated for credit, but no more than 24 combined credits from CHEM 998 and CHEM 999 may be applied toward satisfying doctoral degree requirements, with no more than 12 credits of CHEM 998.Prerequisites Permission of research advisor and/or graduate committee.
