Topics include oxidation of silicon, photoresists, plasma etching, removal of metal contaminants by acid etching, and analysis of semiconductor thin films. Prerequisites Completion of 30 credits, or permission of instructor. Notes Does not satisfy chemistry course requirements for BS in biology.
