Introduces policies, programs, and regulations that influence land development, history-enabling legislation, governing and regulating bodies, control of site-plan development, and approval process. Examines structure, function, and purpose of infrastructure systems, and ways in which infrastructure systems design can be achieved. Prerequisites Graduate standing in CEIE.
