Credits: 3 Introduces theories of analysis by instrumental methods. Basic electronics applied to chemical measurements. Topics include introduction to theory of spectroscopy including ultraviolet, visible, and infrared, and electrochemical methods of analysis; theory of Fourier transform techniques such as FT-IR and FT-NMR; and theory of advanced pulse techniques.
