Topics may include ion channels, whole cell models, intracellular signaling, biochemical oscillations, pathway modeling, parameter estimation, and sensitivity analysis. Prerequisites Calculus and knowledge of a computer programming language; and BINF 690 and 701; or permission of instructor. Notes Course in differential equations is recommended.
