(4 Units) A beginning intensive Spanish course (a minimum of four hours per day) in which the primary goal is proficiency in communication. While the course is designed primarily to develop the ability to understand and speak "everyday Spanish" as naturally and spontaneously as possible, it also enables participants to cultivate their reading and writing skills in the target language.
