Analysis and evaluation of the problems, opportunities, and ethical responsibilities which face the chief executive of a business firm. Emphasis will be on the formulation and implementation of various strategies. Extensive use of the technique of case problem analysis. Prerequisites: Completion of all other courses in the business administration core and satisfaction of CSU Stanislaus writing competency requirement, BUS 3100. (OM 3010, OM 3020, and CIS 3700 may be taken concurrently.) (Fall, Spring)
