Effective Jan 23, 2006 View History Description: Examines the social and psychological foundations of violence and aggression in the context of cross-cultural perceptions of violence explored by way of a variety of martial arts styles and programs. Reviews the interrelationships obtaining between intellectual, psychological, spiritual, aesthetic, and physical health as it applies to one's life through the philosophy of the martial arts.
