Effective Aug 28, 2006 View History Description: Provides students with the basic concepts, terminology, and tools essential for financial, management, analysis, and budgeting in the public and nonprofit sectors. Case studies examine interactions between public budgeting at the state and local levels, and the increasing shift of responsibilities and funding to community-based nonprofit organizations for delivery of services.
