Effective Feb 19, 2008 View History Description: Includes team discussions, nutritional experiential labs combined with student-driven presentations. Presents scientific nutritional content, seriously looking at nutrition and activity patterns to improve eating choices and assist others. Examines special topics and nutritional needs in different ages, activity levels, and cultures. May offer a baseline medical lab screen at the beginning and end of the semester, free of charge.
