Effective Jan 1, 2009 View History Description: General introduction to the structure and function of the human body. Basic concepts related to anatomical/physiologic structures/functions of human body systems (tissues, axial and appendicular skeleton, muscular and nervous) are covered. Additionally, principles of anatomy and physiology will be used to illustrate the scientific way of knowing. (First semester of two semester course). (Offered fall semester).
