Effective Aug 27, 2007 View History Description: Southeast Asian History and Cultures introduces the concept of culture, cultures, and cultural diversity in the U.S. with a specific focus on five Southeast Asian groups that migrated to the U.S. since 1975. Students develop the knowledge and skills of cross-cultural competence in a pluralistic and global society. Requires successful completion of coursework that satisfies the ENGCOM and Ethics ULRs, or GE equivalents. (Offered spring semester.)
