Effective Aug 27, 2007 View History Description: Explores coaching from a literary and a personal perspective. Builds appreciation for the depth of the coaching profession through literature, studying different authors' views on topics that every coach in every sport must face. After establishing a solid base with literature, explores the topic in a hands-on environment through group discussions and projects.
