Effective Aug 27, 2007 View History Description: From one-on-one wellness counseling to broad-based media marketing campaigns, a vast body of research over the past twenty years demonstrates that wellness information is established around communication; messages of the media, information on the Internet, and marketing of the pharmaceutical industry, to name a few. Emphasizes the connection between personal wellness and the social, cultural, and political context of health and wellness-related issues in modern society. (Offered as needed).
