Effective Aug 27, 2007 View History Description: A focused training for leaders on campus, including Resident Advisors. Examines, within the context of leadership, the responsibilities and commitments of student leaders to develop meaningful communities and successful citizenry. Studies leadership to determine what makes a good leader, and helps students realize their own potential as leaders. Begins focusing on self-identify, community building, our role as citizens of the world, and concludes with the emergence of students who are self-aware and cognizant of the environment around them.
