Explores a variety of useful models of the dimensions of Wellness, including a model of the contributing factors to high-level wellness. Offers the connection and usefulness of the models along with a variety of inventories and methods for using the models. In-depth coverage of several of the dimensions of wellness factors allows students to research particular areas of interest for personal or professional application. (Offered as needed).
