Effective Aug 27, 2007 View History Description: Develops a regular habit of walking, addressing body metabolism, stress reduction, and endurance. Students make a commitment to consistent periods of vigorous walking at least twice a week for approximately 40 minutes each session. A variety of interesting walking venues are used along with special small or large group activities. Teaches stretching and warm up and cool down techniques. Credit/ no credit.
