Effective Aug 1, 2010 View History Description: Students analyze literature such as the novels of Henry James, E.M. Forster, William Burroughs, Toni Morrison, Amy Tan, and Stephen King, and they also view critically the films made from such literature. Throughout the course, students explore and revise criteria for determining both the strengths and the limitations of each art form. Offers built-in assessment in HCOM MLO 6 or the concentration in Literary and Film Studies. (Offered every other year.) Units 4 Units Prerequisites, Corequisites, and Registration Restrictions: (Prerequisites: EngCom A AND EngCom B)
