Effective Aug 1, 2010 View History Description: Examines unique and transnational cultural values represented in novels, short stories, poetry, plays, and film from Africa, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, and North America. Develops the capability to understand, analyze, interpret, and appreciate literature and diverse cultural forms, including film, as artistic and cultural representation. Meets the Subject Matter Requirement for the Multiple Subject Teaching Credential for English/Literature. (Offered every semester.)
