Effective Jan 1, 2009 View History Description: This course is an introduction to IP routing concepts and router administration. Topics covered include distance vector and link state based IP routing algorithms. Router administration topics covered will include configuration files, router interfaces, routing tables, routing protocol configuration, routing concepts, router IOS commands, access lists, router configuration, and network security concepts. This course emphasizes hands on networking skills as well as networking principles and concepts.
