Effective Aug 28, 2006 View History Description: Develops basic skills and knowledge in interpersonal and interorganizational conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation techniques through readings, extensive role playing and scenario development, and discussion with speakers from the field. Students participate in experiential exercises, learning how to facilitate collaborative negotiations. (Offered every semester.)
