Effective Jan 22, 2008 View History Description: Examines relational database design and implementation using database tools. Discusses data management concepts and terminology currently in practice in the business world, fundamentals of relational database management, data sharing, retrieval, data dictionaries, and queries using SQL. Students apply database software to create and query databases to solve real-world problems, including ethical and privacy issues with respect to data use in business.
