Topics covered: research, analysis, and communication using campus software and hardware tools and the Internet. Uses software for searching Internet and library resources (ethical use of materials), image manipulation, file transfer, archiving and storage, word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation development. Includes in-depth work with spreadsheets, employing simple algebraic equations and what-if analysis. (Offered every semester.)
