Description:

An intensive small-group colloquium on major public or intellectual issues. It is intended for highly capable students from all majors: its appeal will be general and/or interdisciplinary, and its focus will be determined by the expertise of the presenting professor. Topics will vary each semester. Students will prepare for colloquium sessions by reading, researching, writing, etc., as appropriate. Prerequisite: enrollment in the Honors Program or a 3.5 GPA or permission of instructor. Priority will be given to Honors Program participants.
