This course introduces the discipline of personal financial planning as an occupation and also covers the role and scope of investments. The topics that will be covered include professional ethics, economic indicators, risk management and investment principles. In terms of investments, such topics as security markets, corporate and government bonds, common stock investment and analysis, mutual funds, and investment strategies will be discussed.
