A competency-based experience for second semester students enrolled in the Child Care Practice Certificate Program. Students observe, plan activities, assess children's developmental progress and gain leadership skills while assisting with the daily program two hours per day. Seminars, guidance and individual evaluation are provided by Early Childhood faculty. Prerequisites: Grade of "C" or better in ECHD 121, ECHD 143, ECHD 150, ECHD 170 and a GPA of no less than 2.00
