A study of the various methods of real and personal property appraisal. Course work is combined with practice in the everyday application of these appraisal methods in actual business situations. Emphasis is placed on a familiarity with the terminology and concepts used in a broad spectrum of agricultural enterprises. Prerequisites: AGBU103 and AGBU242; and AGBU240 or AGBU241; or permission of the instructor.
