This course is designed for students planning to seek employment in any farming operation such as a cash crop or horse industry. It will cover procedures necessary for the operation of equipment and daily maintenance of tractors, mowers, manure spreaders, etc. Students will be expected to develop the skills and confidence for safe operation of such equipment. Not open to Agricultural Engineering Technology majors. This course is a 5-week modular course.
