S 3 cr. LEC 1 STU 2 PREREQUISITE: ARCH 261. Admission into the environmental design program. COREQUISITE: ARCH 253 -- Basic techniques in architectural graphic expression. Course emphasizes observation drawing studio supplemented by design drawing lecture/demonstration sessions. Topics include freehand, perspective, and shade and shadow drawing techniques. Two and three-dimensional digital applications introduced. Notebook computer required.
