This course prepares future preschool and elementary teachers to design, implement and assess exciting and challenging science lessons. This course focuses on critical thinking, problem solving, inquiry, constructivism, technology, and reflective practice appropriate for developing children's science knowledge from birth through sixth grade. The culminating activity will be a well developed unit plan for implementation in a school setting. Credits: 4 Clock Hours - (Lect-Lab): (4-0)
